Our factory in Istanbul Hadımköy continues its production with 75 jacquard knitting machines of different types and features in a closed area of ​​6,000 m2. We have the most comprehensive range of machines in jacquard from 6 GG to 30 GG. For this reason, we serve many local and world-famous brands with a wide variety of knitting qualities. Our strong presence in global textile markets enables us to produce fabrics that meet aspirational standards in terms of aesthetics, performance, lead time, consistency and price.

• Our facility has a capacity between 350,000 and 400,000 kg/month, depending on the technical specifications of the fabrics produced.
• Different types of fabric can be produced in each machine.

QUALITY CONTROL

• All our raw fabrics coming out of our knitting facility are sent to the dyehouse after passing through the raw quality control process.
• Each batch processed in the dyehouse is subjected to intermediate quality control after each process. Before the fabrics, all processes of which are completed, are shipped, their final checks are made as 100%.
• While our company carries out its production with the least error rate, it also attaches great importance to the environment and human health.
• The daily production program can be controlled by all units electronically and online.
